Pick Up/Drop Off Hours
We love cycling and our work takes us out of the office. For this reason, we don't keep regular shop hours and there might be times we can't accept walk-in requests without prior notice. Please contact in advance to ensure we have a bike for you.
Generally, most clients pick up and return within the following time ranges:
Weekday pick up time: 09:00 to 10:00
Weekend/National Holiday pick up time: 08:00 to 10:00
Return time: 17:00 to 18:00
However, we are flexible and other arrangements can be made so please touch base if you would like an earlier or later finish time. If you would like to start earlier than 8am there is a charge so please get in touch.
